One piece of advice most pregnant women receive is to take a vacation and relax before the baby arrives. These vacations have come to be called “babymoons”. Taking a few days or a few weeks to unwind and spend some time together before the baby arrives is a great idea, and who doesn’t love a vacation? We have compiled a list of the most pregnancy-friendly vacation spots below.Ritz-Carlton – Amelia Island, FL The Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island the 24 hour room service is available to answer your every-pregnancy craving and have even created their own Pregnancy Craving Menu. They also provide prenatal massages at the spa and beautiful beaches. Arawak Beach Inn – Anguilla, British West Indies The best part about this resort? How about getting to spend your day on your own private island with a provided picnic lunch? If that’s not enough, the gorgeous blue waters are great scenery for your lounging time. Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa – Ocho Rios, Jamaica Sunset Jamaica has 1,300 feet of private beach, which happens to be the longest stretch of private beach in Ocho Rios. The all-inclusive resort also has pregnancy-friendly water sports such as paddle boats and water bikes. Relax with a couples’ massage while you’re there. Napa Valley Wineries While we don’t have a particular recommendation for you, we think the wineries in Napa Valley are great for a pregnancy trips, especially if you live on the West Coast. While you won’t be wine tasting, there is nothing more relaxing than taking a walk around the quiet fields. The spas are also great for a little down time. Four Seasons Hotel – Palm Beach, FL The Four Seasons in Palm Beach offers a Babymoon package to its visitors. This package includes a prenatal massage, a prenatal guest pillow to use while you are there, a specially prepared chef amenity delivered to your room each day, a dining credit, an in-room movie, and of course, their typical 5-star accommodations.
