Red Velvet Ice Cream Sandwiches

Here's a dessert kids can help make and enjoy. Red velvet cake is delicious all by itself, but just think if you cut the cake into squares and add your favorite brand of Vanilla Ice Cream between its fluffy layers. Yum! P.s. You don't have to use red velvet cake mix, you can buy red velvet cookies.

A Gem : add a patriotic touch by placing Blue and White M&M's inside the red velvet cookie dough.
